There is no way to edit the title or body of a submitted issue after creation. The only recourse is to post a follow-up ripple (comment) with corrections, which leaves the original inaccurate text as the canonical description.

Suggested addition: swamp issue edit --title --body <body>, with the same editor flow as swamp issue feature/bug when flags are omitted.</p>
