DatastoreProvider.resolveCachePath declared optional but silently required at runtime

When searching for extensions on swamp.club using a quoted phrase (e.g. "deno test"), the number of results returned is unexpectedly high and does not appear to be filtered to extensions that actually match the quoted string.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to swamp.club extension search
Enter the search query: "deno test" (with quotes)
Observe the results

Expected Behavior

Quoted phrase search should return only extensions whose metadata contains the exact phrase "deno test", producing a small, relevant result set.

Actual Behavior

The result count is far higher than expected, suggesting the quotes are either being ignored or the phrase matching logic is not working correctly.
