W6 (swamp-club#320) extends swamp doctor extensions with aggregate-state rendering, orphan detection, and a repair surface (--repair --dry-run/--apply). If the manual reference for doctor extensions exists in content/manual/reference/, it needs updating with: (1) new flags (--verbose, --repair, --apply), (2) new output sections (aggregate state summary, RowState legend), (3) repair workflow (dry-run default, --apply to act), (4) example output. Related: swamp-club#320 (W6), swamp-club#267 (GC absorbed into W6).
