model-definitions.md: Document the two definition paths (model create vs direct type execution), .swamp/auto-definitions/ storage, input routing by schema, and when to use each approach.
workflows.md: Document the modelType + modelName step task variant as a mutually exclusive alternative to modelIdOrName.
