DatastoreProvider.resolveCachePath declared optional but silently required at runtime

It would be useful to have a 'swamp open' CLI command that opens the swamp.club web UI in the default browser, similar to 'gh browse' or 'op open'. This would make it easy to jump from the terminal to the relevant Lab page, model data, or workflow run without manually navigating to the URL.
