Upgrade TUI graphics — better AI-generated ANSI or a Moebius hand-authored pipeline

The @systeminit/swamp-testing package provides assertVaultExportConformance for structural validation of vault exports, but has no equivalent for VaultAnnotationProvider. Extensions implementing VaultAnnotationProvider (e.g. @swamp/azure-kv, @swamp/aws-sm) currently use direct assertions to verify the 4 annotation methods exist. An upstream conformance helper would standardize this check and verify behavioral contract (getAnnotation/putAnnotation round-trip, deleteAnnotation, listAnnotations).
